Admission
This program is available to all children. For your child's safety and to
comply with state regulations, a physical check up, immunizations, medical
reports, emergency information, and registration forms must be completed and
on file.
• A 10 % discount on the oldest child's tuition for families with two or more siblings enrolled applies to all rates.
• Tuition is payable every other Friday for the upcoming two weeks.
• Tuition must be paid by check or money order, and made payable to Kids Kampus. If your child's last name is not the same as yours, please include your child's last name in the memo of the check.
• A charge of $15 per week will be applied to all accounts past due. Accounts two weeks past due will result in automatic termination of enrollment for your child.
• A charge of $25 will be billed for NSF checks.
• Rates listed below are valid until October 8, 2010
